This is a very simple formula for making healthy homemade toothpaste to keep your teeth and gums strong and free of germs. Take 3 parts of baking soda and 1 part of salt and mix it with fresh peppermint (available at ayurvedic shops). Make a paste out of it and your mixture is ready.
Take about 10-15 Guava leaves and boil it in water. Let this water cool to room temperature and gargle with it. Do this 2-3 times a day when you have a toothache – it provides immediate relief.
Blister in the mouth.
Apply honey on the blister multiple times in the day and allow it to stay there as long as possible. Honey reduces the pain and helps in fast healing.
