The Story of Gautam, Kabir and the D Man
Once upon a time, there was a boy named Gautam. One day, his dad got transferred from America to India. So Gautam went to a new school, The Orchid School where he made a friend, Kabir. He was not that good in studies. He was a very lazy boy and his favourite hobby was watching TV.
Kabir is my regular partner in sitting. That grumpy boy stuck to me while I was going to swimming class and tuition. My classes got over but Kabir was still sticking to me.
On the road luckily there was a phone. Someone just misplaced it. I just called his mother. I said 3-4 hellos but no use. Kabir asked, “What are you doing?”
I said with an angry face, “I’m going home, you fool.” Kabir stuck to me then too. While sleeping with me he peed 3 times in 3 days.
Then one night my tooth fell and I hid it under my pillow. I wished that Kabir’s dad’s transfer should be to Antarctica.
The next day at school, he still stuck to me. My mom did not allow him into our house because she was fed up with his peeing problem.
My wish did not come true. I didn’t know there was a superhero called D Man. The D Man came to my house in a fast way and asked, “Why are you sad today, what happened?”
“I am very sad because my friend named Kabir troubles me a lot.”
“Ookkaayy,” said D Man. “If D Man is there, no need to fear.”
The very next day, Kabir’s dad got transferred to South America. That was not my wish but it was okay because at least his transfer is good for me. After 1 year Gautam forgot Kabir and Kabir forgot Gautam.
After 8 years Kabir came back and saw Gautam. They again became best friends. They did not know that they were friends from the starting. Then Gautam, Kabir and D man also became friends thanks to D Man getting rid of Kabir’s habit of sticking to Gautam.
