The Good, the bad, the sinful cheese- is it healthy or can it really make you fat?
Cheese is a perfect source of calcium and protein, containing high amounts of vitamins A, B12 along with zinc and phosphorus. So why this healthy and yummy source of energy is considered unhealthy at times? Cheese is a high fat and high calorie food, loaded with sodium and lactose. Eating too much cheese everyday can cause health problems, obesity and digestive problems. A little cheese on your sandwich or sprinkled on salad is healthy. Eat moderate and stay fit!
