Eyes are the most expressive part of our facial feature. They tell you when someone is sad, happy, bored, angry…even mischievous. Eyes do a lot of work every second. Thus, it is your job to take care of this delicate yet powerful feature.
If your eyes feel sore or itchy, tell your parents. Get an eye check up done if you have trouble reading from the blackboard. Your eyes get sore if you watch a lot of tv or sit on the computer too much. Relax your eyes every 20 minutes and blink often. Wear your glasses if you have one.
