Vitamins give you a clear complexion, rejuvenate and hydrate your skin. They improve texture of skin which makes you pretty. You must eat fruits everyday to have healthy skin. Do you know which fruits to eat? The five fruits you should eat are apple, banana, lemon, orange and papaya. Morning is the best time to eat fruits. Before eating fruits drink a glass of water. After a break of 30 minutes you should have your breakfast.
